Every Americanista piece is made to order, just for you. Please read our policy below.

Order changes and cancellations

We can change or cancel an order within 6 hours of purchase, before it goes into production. Email support@americanista.com with your order number.

Damaged, flawed, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, we will make it right. Send a photo to support@americanista.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full.

Sizing exchanges

If the size is not right, we gladly exchange any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags within 14 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping on size exchanges.

What we cannot accept

Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds on worn or washed items, or for change of mind.
