Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses in One Order?
No. We currently do not support shipments to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Do You Deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes! We ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Will I Be Charged VAT, Duties, or Customs Fees?
- All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- We do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees at checkout.
- Any additional charges upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for specific import policies and charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to address issues:
- We will contact you for confirmation
- You may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery
