Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation


We can only accept changes or cancellations if your request is received within 6 hours of placing your order and before it has been processed.

To request a change, please email us at support@americanista.com and include all necessary details (e.g., updated address, size, design, etc.).

Return Policy


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your return back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Health and personal care products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Book with clear signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company

Contact your bank (processing time may cause delays)
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@americanista.com.

Sale Items


Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@americanista.com.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the value of the return.

Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping


Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

For items over $99, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
